Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate IT On-Site Support Analyst II who thrives on delivering excellent customer experience and acting as a trusted technology partner for end users. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless IT experience by resolving incidents, enabling solutions, and supporting the deployment of IT services and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to end users, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage tickets, requests, and tasks using tools such as Ivanti, with a strong focus on user experience.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user equipment (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals).
- Administer user accounts, access, and permissions, ensuring security and compliance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, escalating when necessary.
- Support and implement collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, video conferencing, A/V systems).
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base to improve processes and self-service.
- Enforce IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Manage IT asset inventory and collaborate with technology vendors.
- Train users on digital tools, best practices, and security awareness.
Profile & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field + 2 years of experience (or 3 years without a degree).
- Experience supporting corporate IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Enterprise Apps)
- Active Directory
- Windows OS and iOS
- LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networking
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks.
- Familiarity with meeting room and video conferencing technologies.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required).
