Job Responsibilities

Provides leadership and coordination for all Distributions Centers in EMEA, guaranteeing Safety of Workers, Service to Customers hence high productivity and cost control:

  • Standardize, supervise and maintain the Safety measures, EHS internal recommendation, while respecting the EHS local laws.
  • Supervise warehouses operations to provide best in class service level to customers
  • Set up the DC yearly budget and Investments and track it monthly
  • Propose, build and execute restructuring projects of the DC footprint to minimize the costs while maintain service to the customer
  • Directly and indirectly managing, coaching, coordinating, maintaining and executing the performance of the team
  • Maintain and monitor KPIs to assess and implement improvements in logistic performance,
  • Pro-actively engaging other departments to resolve any of customer issues or enhancement requests, act as primary point of escalation
  • Developing and agreeing with relevant departments all kind of policies for associated processes, active implementation of new and enhancement of existing procedures,
  • Organizing the standardization of all processes and policies related to inbound and outbound traffic activities.
  • Keep the DC organization standardized in the processes, procedures, practices, tools etc.
  • Simplify where possible

Job Requirements

  • Have a university degree, preferably in logistics field of study or supply chain management.
  • SAP system literate
  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to respond positively and proactively to change
  • Strong in process optimization
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to travel
