PURPOSE: This is a US based, remote position, focused on the US market. Increase our market share in the assigned territory while maximizing the sales value and margins. Influence product/application portfolios to achieve growth within the market. Develop and execute sales strategy to meet or exceed target revenue objectives.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Demonstrate EV charging products and services; explain key selling points and product benefits while remaining focused on customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both external EV charging customers and internal team members.
  • Ensure customer/business partner revenue targets are achieved while incorporating the full range of EV charging products within identified geography.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers while facilitating ongoing product training and support.
  • Create and implement sales strategies and techniques to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability.
  • Independently prepare sales presentations, quotes and proposals to drive a successful outcome.
  • Partner with other Lincoln Electric Sales teams to enhance cross selling and market penetration of all products into existing or new industrial accounts.
  • Prepare and execute reports in a timely and efficient manner, present customer reviews.
  • Develop accurate annual forecasts for the EV Charging function and monitor performance to budget, utilizing Salesforce for proper funnel and prospect management.
  • Support the collection and analysis of market data to drive growth, develop markets and influence new product development.
  • Proactively maintain customer relationships drive additional sales and ensure total satisfaction.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related sales experience.
  • Commercial, Engineering or Technical background
  • Minimum of three years’ experience supporting the Electric Vehicle Industry or related products
  • Ability to travel domestically, approximately 50%-60% of the year.
  • Expertise in sales gained by working in a manufacturing environment
  • Profound understanding of industrial products and network of customers and distributors in our market
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish sustainable relationships with customers and business partners
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to think innovatively, positively engage with business partners and operate with minimal supervision.
