Job Responsibilities

  • Full understanding product development tasks.
  • Timely feedback and update development schedule.
  • Strictly perform machine development by design control procedure.
  • Collect and collaborate on functional specifications to create overall requirements. Plan development tasks according to requirements and estimate the effort required for completion.
  • Assist with external resources when needed to enhance development capabilities.
  • Interface with customers (internal and external) to assist with problem solving, debugging field problems, and defining new requirements.
  • Work well with all related departments to make development process run smoothly and on time.
  • Assist with the creation of design documents, testing documents, and instruction manuals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree and above from accredited college or university, preferably in computer/electronic/electrical engineering, or automation major.

More than 3 years of experience in embed software design and related work, familiar with chip programming for microcontrollers, DSP, FPGA, etc., with rich analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Welding machine manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

Good verbal and written communications skills.
