Job Responsibilities

  1. 熟悉等离子切割机的原理并能够独立进行售后服务；
  2. 熟悉激光切割机应用并能够进行安装调试及售后服务；
  3. 熟悉切割机床的控制原理，能够独立进行现场的安装/调试及培训；
  4. 熟悉并能够操作切割机数控系统；
  5. 能够根据销售的需求，设计出符合要求的技术方案，配合切割机的销售；
  6. 能够与国外的客户进行沟通，解决客户切割中遇到的问题。
    1. 能够在切割项目进行中及时跟进进度，确保按时发货；
    2. 能够在生产制造中发现问题，完善检查报告，确保切割机的质量；
    3. 推动供应商质量持续改进，包括但不限于产品生产，产品本身质量，包装等；
    4. 对于出现的产品问题及客诉，能及时沟通，分析，并有效解决；降低客诉处理成本；
    5. 有较好的沟通和协商能力，有较强的原则性；
    6. 每周在供应商排产计划的基础上，合理安排工作及出差；
    7. 及时处理领导安排的其他质量相关问题；
    负责切割机售前的销售方案支持，售中的安装调试及客户培训工作，售后的服务工作。

Job Requirements

  1. 大专及以上学历，机电一体化相关专业
  2. 3年以上切割机行业经验
  3. 熟悉激光及等离子切割的应用

 

Skills

  1. 有切割机相关经验；
  2. 积极，主动，乐观，自我驱动；
  3. 对机械制造工艺及机械设备调试有较好知识背景；
  4. 因为要经常出入车间，员工要有较强的吃苦意识；
  5. 熟悉使用AutoCAD, Word, Excel, office等设计及办公软件和操作办公自动化设备；
  6. 能够独立完成切割项目的安装调试及客户培训；
  7. 熟悉不同控制系统的原理；
  8. 熟悉切割机床电气原理图；
