Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead and optimize production operations across multiple manufacturing lines, including Copper, Aluminum, and Bends. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
You will play a key role in aligning production strategy with business objectives, improving processes, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently achieved.
Operations Leadership
- Lead and oversee daily operations across manufacturing areas (Copper, Aluminum, and Bends), ensuring production targets and KPIs are met.
- Direct and mentor Area Managers, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Drive execution aligned with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct daily performance reviews covering:
- Safety – workplace organization and compliance
- Quality – internal/external issues and corrective actions
- Delivery – milestone adherence and schedule performance
- People – attendance, workforce allocation
- Cost – labor efficiency and job hours management
- Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Production Planning & Project Execution
- Own manufacturing schedules and ensure alignment with master production plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify critical path risks, and drive resolution of bottlenecks.
- Partner with Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Oversee capacity planning, workload distribution, and labor optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other departments to ensure seamless product execution.
- Participate in production and project review meetings, driving alignment and decision-making.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on operational performance and risks.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage budgets and monitor project costs, including weekly tracking of remaining hours.
- Approve purchase requisitions and manufacturing-related expenses.
- Ensure effective utilization of equipment, facilities, and human resources.
People Leadership & Development
- Lead all people-related processes including hiring, performance management, development, and engagement.
- Identify training needs and build technical capabilities within the team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration.
Safety, Compliance & Environment
- Ensure full compliance with EHS standards and promote a strong safety culture.
- Take immediate action to stop unsafe operations or environmental risks.
- Maintain proper material storage and organization of work-in-progress (WIP).
Authority
- Manage the manufacturing of the company’s products.
- Direct all activities and tasks related to product manufacturing.
- Manage all resources (human and equipment) necessary for the success of the manufacturing area.
- Stop operations and processes that pose a danger to personnel safety and/or the environment.
Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing (metal-mechanical, steel, or aluminum industries preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven experience as an Operations or Manufacturing Manager (5+ years preferred).
- Strong technical background in welding, machining, and assembly processes.
- Solid experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
